Boiler Operator:
We are currently looking for a licensed, qualified Boiler Operator at our North Anson facility.Pay:
Negotiable
Hours:
(48 Hours) 4-12 hour Shifts Week A
(36 Hours) 3-12 hour Shifts Week B
Work Days: TBD
Description:
We operate an 800 horsepower wood waste boiler which is used to supply heat to our entire wood products manufacturing facility and our 4 dry kilns. Duties would include routine monitoring, preventative maintenance, water/chemical testing, raking grates, punching tubes, operating front-end loader and in feed system to load fuel silos, security walk around, fire watch, lading and unlading kilns, testing lumber moisture, minor repairs, and , above all, to perform these duties in a safe manor. This description is not all inclusive; however it does explain most of the requirements.
